Gracelyn Johnson – The Joyful Heart of Wilkins Refresh Cleaning Service

At Wilkins Refresh Cleaning Service, the strength of the company lies in the team members who bring passion, dedication, and energy every day. One such invaluable team member is Gracelyn Johnson, a sophomore at Mississippi State University majoring in Communications and Public Relations. With her vibrant spirit and multi-faceted role, Gracelyn is truly shaping the future of the team.

From interviewing and hiring new employees, to training and inspecting, to running the company’s weekly team meetings, Gracelyn wears many hats—and does it all with a smile. In addition to these essential operational duties, she will soon manage Wilkins Refresh’s PR and social media, using her talents in event planning, communications, and social media management to help grow the company’s presence in the community.

Gracelyn has expressed how much she values working at Wilkins Refresh, sharing, “I have truly loved everything about Wilkins Refresh Cleaning Service!! It has been the most welcoming environment. They truly invest in each employee and that has truly amazed me.” Her enthusiasm and love for the company culture are infectious, making her a beloved member of the team.

Outside of work, Gracelyn pursues her passion for communication as a campus radio personality at 91.1 The Junction, where she DJs, hosts a morning show, and serves as social media manager. She also enjoys crocheting and is known among colleagues for her playful and joyful personality.

Michael Wilkins, owner of Wilkins Refresh Cleaning Service, reflects on Gracelyn’s impact:

Gracelyn hopes to one day run her own event planning business, and with her natural leadership, creativity, and commitment, there’s no doubt she will reach that goal—and inspire many along the way.
